 All items must be deemed to be in sellable condition.
 No items will be sold in violation of local, state, or federal law.
The estimated eBay market value for all items comprising a single
order must exceed $50. Palm Business Center has final determination on the condition,
estimated market value, and legality of any items presented for sale. The seller is responsible for paying all eBay fees and PayPal transaction fees incurred
in the sale of the item. - PayPal charges a standard fee of $.30 plus 2.9% of the total transaction.  - eBay charges the following fees: a) a listing fee based on the listing
options chosen; b) a Final Value fee based on the amount of the winning bid;
c) An additional 1% of the final bid amount is charged for all auctions with a
Reserve Selling Price. - Palm Business Center charges a minmum $5.00 commission per item. See the table
on the right for our full commission schedule. Commissions are subject to change
without notice. All fees amd costs associated with the sale will be deducted from the
proceeds of the auction. - The proceeds due the seller can be calculated as follows:
$ = (Winning bid + any upfront Price Protection fees paid)

expected. However, in the unlikely event that your item does not sell,
